The best Album Ever (5 stars)
This is one of my favorite albums ever. Note that the best songs are all in the first five. 1. Voices.- Great Song. My favorite on the disc. My very first song listened to from Disturbed. Great Debut (5 stars)
When Korn went on thier unexpected three year break, many other hard rock/metal bands rushed in to take their place. Disturbed's debut, the sickness, firmly established them as one of the top hard rock/metal bands of the 2000's. This is a really good album and instead of wasting time with compliments here is a song by song review. 1.Voices- A great opener. Heavy metal band Disturbed came together through the matching of a band with a singer. Longtime friends Dan Donegan (guitar), Mike Wengren (drums), and Fuzz (bass) played together in Chicago for some time before hooking up with singer David Draiman around 1997. Draiman had grown up in a religious family against which he rebelled, being expelled from five boarding schools in his adolescence.
