Anyone familiar with this music can instantly spot that this is just a collected re-release of the original soundtracks releases for each film. Translation - all of this is, and has been for years and years, available to purchase. You could probably go to a used CD sore and get these soundtracks for a couple of bucks each, so why pay $50? It should be also noted that the original trilogy films have had more comprehensive scores released,
Really Sony? You have the rights to some of the best music ever produced for film and you decide to keep repackaging it? Is any of this content even new? I hope the rights to this music expires soon and the rights go to a company that can do the Star Wars scores some justice.
For many years, the original soundtracks of episode 4, 5, 6 were never released on iTunes due to iTunes already having the 1997/2004 special edition soundtracks here.
