What the hell? I love Train, but this is ridiculous. It's the same opening for Hey, Soul Sister. Write some new stuff!

"Only You" is a cover and the guys put their own spin on it at the beginning by adding a bit of "Hey, Soul Sister". True musicians make songs their own! Very well done!

OK Take on a Classic (3 stars)
I laughed when I read reviewers commending Train on writing such a good song. Recorded and released by "The Platters" in 1955, theirs is the definitive version. Train's version has a sunny, coffee-house vibe but pales in comparison to the smoky and plaintive original.
