Love this album! (5 stars)
If I was going to be stranded on a desert island, this would be the CD I would pick to go with me. Not only is there enough variety in the kinds of songs that Bonnie Raitt has included on this album to keep me from getting bored with it, but the songs included on it are also well written and (as far as the somber melodies go) touching.

If I were to describe her voice, it would be rough and beautiful, part rock singer and part blues
