If you are dying to know want Alanis was thinking when she wrote some of her big hits, this is as good as it gets. Alanis is always open about herself and her life. There are no earth shattering revilations here, but it is fun to here her speak about the song we love to hear. If you love the songs, this is a fun listen, but no essential for everyone's collection.
