Very solid album (4 stars)
I dont know how many people 'kind of' like Hank Jr, seems you do or don't. I liked some of his more laid back stuff versus the corny political, in your face obnoxiousness. This album surprised me, I guess...because its honest and not what I'd expect from him. A very solid album.

One of the Best Hank, Jr. Albums Ever ! ! (5 stars)
My brother and I had this album on 8-track and virtually wore it out. Before it was completely gone, I managed to dub it onto a cassette and we kept playing it. Basically, what I am saying is get this and listen to it. You will like it if you like Hank. Two of my favorites are On Susan's Floor and Clovis, N.M. As I think about it, I could keep naming more and more favorite songs from this CD. I can't think of any songs on here that are

The best album he has made by far. A must have for any alt. country fan. This was before all his overly specific lyrics and bragging.
