A Gem (5 stars)
I can already tell by listening to "Leave A Trace" that this album is going to be phenomenal. TBOWYB was a great debut for the trio and was more experimental in style, but now CHVRCHES is sure of their sound and who they want to be as a band and I couldn't be happier. I really hope that this record goes mainstream and gets a Grammy. They honestly deserve it.

Eye can't believe they did it (5 stars)
Just listened to all of it on NPR since its streaming there, (as well as preordered it here), and I have to say I'm very impressed. I've been a fan of this group a little over 2 years- I absolutely adored TBOWYB (their 1st album), and couldn't hardly wait for more music by them (after listening to the various singles and covers they put out in the meantime). This album includes tracks that stick to the sound(s) we've all come to love by this
