Cool EP (4 stars)
It's not a full record It's an EP so relax. I think the white stripes are entitled to have a little fun. They recorded this stuff in Beck's home studio and pulled the mariachi band right off the street. Jack White did a neat interview on public radio about the EPs and it is something that every white stripes fan should check out.

Its very kind of the Stripes to offer us up this tender trio of new offerings with their good friend Beck Hanson. That we are all left slightly wounded and the sting of the wound is still fresh is soon forgotten with the first listen. This is a great bandage that will offer a temporary numbing of the pain of the tour that should have been. "Its My Fault For Being Famous" is a great statement as to the absurdity of the modern age,
