Not what it claims to be, but superb nonetheless! (5 stars)
I’m a huge fan of re-recordings. I’m always interested to hear what a good artist does to an old song after several decades of experience. Turns out, this is NOT an album of re-recordings, as the tag claims. Well, I suppose it is in a manner of speaking. But where I come from, re-recordings with an audience clapping in between the songs is called “a live album.” This is a live album. God knows when it was recorded, since it com

This album was originally released as a "Donovan Live" recording, from the Opera House in Sydney, Australia. Came out in....the mid 90's (?), or there abouts. It seems to have ben released several times by now....poor form on someone's part ~ most likely not Donovan's. Maybe the recording is being re-sold and then re-released.
