Scattered moments of Brilliance (4 stars)
Greatest Hits do not an album make, save for the most casual fan. Caribou was all over the place, coming together in tight band unity on songs like The Bitch Is Back, and dissolving into the drug fueled mess of Don't Let the Sun Go down on Me, only to be saved by brilliant producing from Gus Dudgeon. The outright near misses, like Pinky, Grimbsy, and the underwhelming Dixie Lily are not altogether unpleasant. But then you get the intense shi

By the time Caribou came out Elton was running out of steam constant touring and releasing albums every 10 months it was starting to show. but this album still solid worth a spin love the song Ticking. songs 11 thru 14 not on original disc
