Missing the "Experiment" (3 stars)
I first discovered Rend Collective through their "Homemade Worship By Handmade People" album. I absolutely loved their creativety and ability to craft songs that were interesting while remaining accessible. Every song on that album was a splendid surprise and I still count it among my favorite Christian albums to date. But since then RC has taken a quick nosedive into the realm of generic CCM. I still appreciate their lyrical

I haven't heard the current single, but I have heard previous songs and they were great songs. This is truly a great Christian worship group that writes songs to glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
