Dhani HarrisonBiographyThe son of the Beatles’ George Harrison, Dhani Harrison initially began a career as an aerodynamicist, but began pursuing music in the early 2000s. On his father’s death in 2001, he stepped in to help complete George Harrison’s final album, BRAINWASHED, which was released in 2002. One year later he performed in a tribute concert to his father, and embarked on a number of collaborations, including projects with Jakob Dylan (Bob Dylan’s son) and the Traveling Wilburys. Harrison finally formed his own band in 2006, which also owes a debt to the former Beatle's music, and in which he sings and plays synth and guitar. The band, the newno2, released a promotional EP entitled EP001 before unleashing their debut, YOU ARE HERE, in 2008.
