A great farewell album (5 stars)
This is a great album, and although it isn't weighed down by some overbearing concept, it is a classic Pink Floyd album. "High Hopes", "Keep Talking", "Poles Apart", "Coming Back To Life" and "Wearing The Insdie Out" stand as some of the best material the band ever created.

A Decent Farewell... (3 stars)
Though not as cohesive as 1987's A Momentary Lapse Of Reason in terms of songwriting, 1994's The Division Bell managed to fully bring Richard Wright back into the fold, and actually saw the band attempting to return to their pre-The Wall days sonically, when the band was far more democratic than the Waters-led dictatorship that produced Animals, The Wall, and The Final Cut.
