Significant Other (Explicit Version) – Limp BizkitView More By Limp Bizkit. Customer ReviewsHow Limp became the biggest band of the year(and only a year) (4 stars)This is Limps best record. Wes Boreland is really the main reason behind that. He is able to make this into a hybred album. And everyone has to admit that they all would do it for the Nookie. Fred is at his lyrical high(which to most won't mean anything) but they aren't that bad lyrics. And he actaully does a decent job singing. The only problem is that this effort by Fred still brings the band down. But not low enought to make this a Sam Rivers doesn't get the credit he deserves (5 stars) Yes, we all know Wes Borland is an amazing guitar player but I wouldn't say he's the person that makes the band. Sam Rivers plays a lot of really intricate bass lines, particularly on the high side of the tone spectrum that are both underrated, and very impressive. Easily one of the best bass players I've heard in a long time and, so far, I have yet to see anyone who has adopted his style. The smooth transitions and tones in the mellower LOL-funny (1 star) How this band gained even a record deal or as many fans as they did exceeds my comprehension. Fred Durst has got to be one of the most annoying, self-centered pr!cks I've ever heard of. Not one of this band's releases is worth even pirating. Simply outrageous that these nothings are placed into the same nerve as the greats who are KoRn, whose lyrics actually mean something, and whose music has quality. Rivers' cousin John Otto soon joined on drums, and guitarist Wes Borland completed the original foursome (later supplemented by DJ Lethal). After Korn played the Jacksonville area in 1995, bassist Fieldy got several tattoos from Durst (a tattoo artist) and the two became friends. The next time Korn were in the area, they picked up Limp Bizkit's demo tape and were so impressed...
