wow. (1 star)
shut up and let me go was such an upbeat, funky, and catchy song. after the first live 5 sec, i'd had enough. it was almost painful. i mean okay, they don't really sing but come on! they must have edited the voices in the studio or something. what a let down. i didn't even bother to download it. I am so dissapointed. sigh. what happened to the sound of the fun band i know and love? they must have left it in the editing room.

The Ting Tings Are Great Live! (4 stars)
I'm a huge fan of the band and this live album does not disappoint. However, they could have included "Be The One" in their set which is my favorite song that they perform. I personally think they sound great live!

It's Not So Much Jules as It Is Katie... (5 stars)
Everything on this is good, but Katie's live performance needs some work. She seems to get a little lazy and she needs to work on her breathing! I still love them though!! Everything else is awesome and Jules is still pretty good!

Named after a Chinese friend whose name sounds like the Mandarin pronunciation of "bandstand," the Ting Tings — a scrappy, dance-oriented duo consisting of singer/guitarist Katie White and drummer Jules De Martino — formed in the Salford district of Manchester, England in 2006. Prior to forming the group, the pair worked together in 2001 when White was in the all-female punk-pop group TKO and De Martino wrote some songs for them.
