It's a Rubies track not a Feist track (5 stars)
I have the Rubies album and it's amazing. The Feist vocals are only a guest appearance in the background... So it's lead singer, Simone Rubi, and some of Feist's beautiful whispers that you hear on this track, so the label is a little mis-leading. I think it's beautiful- but the original of this track on the Rubies album is much 'more'- also love the remix by "Trans Am" on the Rubies EP 'I Feel Electric'- check it out!

Downloaded it on a whim. I'm more of a fan of feist's mushaboom stuff, but I find myself listening to this song again and again in the late chill hours of the night. Like it a lot.

A continuation and expansion of the sound of the under-appreciated San Francisco indie-pop outfit Call and Response, Rubies comprises two of that group's members, keyboardist Simone Rubi and bassist Terri Loewenthal, both of whom contribute vocals to create a harmony-rich sound that bridges New Order-ish electronic disco, soulful seventies-styled pop and gentle California folk-rock.
