I wrote a full review under the partial album, which came up while I was listening to a Cars tune. ITunes...retract my statement about having the full album available. (Glad to see it) Strap Me In is a the best song on here and it rocks, with Rics' retro cool vocals. You are the girl was the other single. Double Trouble (rocks with a crunchy guitar riff), and Go Away are both great vocals by Ben. Leave or Stay and The Cars "Swan Song"..... rocks and remembers when (5 stars) This album is good (and interesting) for many reasons among them: 1) this was the last Cars studio album, 2) this was produced almost entirely by the band- with help from Roy Thomas Baker. The sound you get is a nice mix of early (1970's) Cars with tunes like "Leave or Stay, Door to Door and You are the Girl to late (post Panorama) Cars sounds like "Double Trouble, Go Away, Wound Up on You and Strap Me In". No matter your f The Cars Taillights Fading Into The West (3 stars) I awoke with The Cars Dangerous Type in my head. So I ituned up $24 dollars worth of my own compilation. I ended it as they did with a wistful ditty from this cd that seemed apropos, "Wound Up On You". With this cd the ennui and the revelation of no new roads to take that car down had arrived. So they packed it in, took that "Drive" home and parked it in our collective mental garage. There for posterity.
