Not boring at all, these songs are catchy and will have you singing them all day. Favs include Body, Weak, and Deadwater. Amazing debut from a talented group (and they sound just as amazing live)!

A near-perfect debut! (5 stars)
This is one of the most beautiful, well produced albums I’ve heard in a long time. The last time I got this absorbed in any album was back in 2012 with Purity Ring’s “Shrines”, and Wet have pulled something off here that’s comparable in quality. Wet’s brand of R&B is a perfect mix of ‘90s nostalgia and contemporary pop. I was honestly shocked to see it panned by Pitchfork, but I guess you can’t always trust the critics! <

Soulful electronic indie trio Wet formed in Brooklyn around 2012. Prior to that, musicians Joe Valle and Marty Sulkow, along with singer Kelly Zutrau, had recorded a few casual demos together while they were all attending school in New York before Valle split for Los Angeles and Zutrau went to Rhode Island.
