Otis Redding Lives On..... (5 stars)
This album is just excellent from beginning to end. I think "Dock Of The Bay" was a sign of what would have happened in Otis Redding's career if he were still with us. Otis was the heart and soul of Stax, no doubt about that. Everyone of his albums are must haves, especially this one. His music lives on, and what a legacy he left us.....OTIS REDDING ROCKS!!!

Wrong Song for "I'm Coming Home to See About You" (1 star)
They have the wrong song for "I'm Coming Home to See About You". They put "I'm Coming Home" in it's place. WRONG!!! I love the afore mentioned song and it is not on this album which it should be. I am very dissappointed in Itunes seeing as they put the music on here. I would like them to fix this error and then maybe I would buy the whole album but since the right song is missing I will look for it elsewhere.

He was also the most consistent exponent of the Stax sound, cutting his records at the Memphis label/studios that did much to update R&B into modern soul. His death at the age of 26 was tragic not just because he seemed on the verge of breaking through...
