Nice Lennon - now where are the BEATLES? (4 stars)
The 2010 remixes can be a little jarring, especially for those of us who have the originals etched into memory from eons of classic-rock listening. Sure, the new versions do a good job isolating John's vocals. In fact, at times the remixes sound more like demos than full-blown productions. But let's face it, without all the echo and other studio doo-dads, you're left even closer to the truth - which is that neither the songs nor the vocals w

Yoko still refuses to admit that NOBODY wants to hear her stuff on this record, and they never did.
The remixes are refreshing, interesting, and great.
But why not give the MILK & HONEY Lennon tracks the same treatment and have one good, full, solid final John Lennon statement instead of always having to skip the Yoko drek ? Yoko stripped down - waste of effort. No one cares.

"Watching The Wheels" feels like John is sitting right here demoing the song. Immediately deleted the Yoko junk.
