Brand New Day evolved (5 stars)
Sacred Love feels a lot like an evolution of Brand New Day. The production is even more polished here, the songwriting is stronger and more consistent. While Sacred Love only has one track, The Book of my Life, that rivals the brilliance of A Thousand Years and Ghost Story from Brand New Day, it's stronger overall when it comes to lyrics and music. Perfect blend (5 stars)
I personally think this is the perfect fusion of Rock, R&B, and Jazz styles. The melodous blend of different instruments, back ground vocals, and changes in tempo's for each. Should leave anyone whose never listened to, (much less heard of) Sting, or The Police, impressed. If you only listen to one CD to get a sample of an artist or group, this is the one to choose. Songs from the Labyrinth (5 stars)
Hauntingly beautiful and a challenging work on the part of the artists. For a rock star to take on Elizabethan music, and invest the time and energy that Sting, and the lutist, Edin Karamazov, have invested is unusual in itself. The album draws you in, and I find the tunes staying with me long after the musc is gone. Come Again is especially lovely. I highly recommend this album for lovers of classical music as well as for fans of Sting,
