A Good Collection (4 stars)
I generally don't buy entire maxisingles, just the ones that sound decent (which can be challenging when tracks run 8-9 min and we get a 30 second sample!). Fortunately, I bit the bullet and bought the entire album and I'm really pleased with the result. The big surprise was the Pull Club Mix which gave the song a really dark turn and a great downtempo sound. For just pure dance energy, I really like the DJ Volume Mix and the Lenny B. Mix.

Nice to have Jewel back as a dance diva (4 stars)
After going back to her good old accoustic routes with her new album it's nice that Jewel and her label are trying to appease her pop and dance fans by remixing a non-single track--"Only One Too." The remixes are pretty decent. The song in it's original form is slightly up-tempo so it seems only natural that "Only One Too" was picked to get the remix treatment. I've been a Jewel fan from the beginning. I remember watching her singing on Pearl Street in Boulder with her guitar case out in front of her on the ground. She was so humble and greatful then. After meeting Jewel last summer while she was touring with Rob Thomas, I was quite disappointed to discover what a cold hard bi+ch she is and it put me off her music for a long time.
