This is exactly what it says it is! (5 stars)
To the reviewers disappointed in this album, I don't know quite what you were expecting but this says flat out it is a cd of Lullabies - gentle, sweet, and meant to have a certain pace and pitch to them. What Jewel has done is not only made lullabies, which by themselves can be a bit musically simplistic - but created a very particular mood soundscape that is soft, comforting, and inviting for listeners of ALL ages. Comparable to Lisa Loeb and Elizabeth Mitchell's Catch the Moon, this album is destined to both raise the bar for children's music and be passed down through generations.
