Walk a little straighter (5 stars)
This song is a VERY deep song. It is meant to tell about this child's feelings about his father's alcoholism. However, it can relate to any other type of addiction. But what struck me the most is that it can represent so many other things in any person's life. Especially parents. As a parent, you are molding your child and they watch everything you do and look up to you. (Even slipping and saying a curse word....remember, you're leading them

This is a great song by a great singer. I believe that many people can relate to the situation depicted and in that affiliation is where part of the appeal comes from. It takes a good artist to create a song that pulls at the heartstrings as much as this one does.

Following high school, he made a couple attempts at relocating to Nashville in the hopes of getting a career in music off the ground, finally landing a job there at a concrete company, while still finding time to play at clubs on the side and work on song demos. When singer Mark Wills put a hold on one of his songs, Currington met and began writing with Wills' producer, Carson Chamberlain, which eventually led to a recording contract...
