iTunes Live from SoHo – Counting CrowsView More By Counting Crows. Customer ReviewsSolid showcase, and there are a few gems here. (4 stars)As a longtime fan of the Counting Crows, I was very excited seeing a new live album by these guys. Needless to say, they have indeed come through in some points. For instance, one of my favorite songs ever by the Counting Crows is "Angels of the Silences," which is normally an edgy, more rocking side of the Counting Crows. If you like this song, you will LOVE this version. Quite mellowed down, but his vocals show very well. But oth Counting Crows Live (5 stars) I admit I am a biased reviewer since the Counting Crows are by far my favorite musicians / poets. They play their music with such passion and gusto and their emotions come across in every song. Adam unabashedly displays his heart in every song -- particularly the live versions. If you have not seen them live do yourself a favor and buy a ticket next time they are in your area. You won't be disappointed. Early in 1993, the band recorded their debut album, August and Everything After, with T-Bone Burnett. Released the fall, it was a dark and somber record, driven by the morose...
