Live Killers – QueenView More By Queen. Customer Reviewsunder rated live recording.. (5 stars)When I purchased it, it was an album (vinyl record), and it ROCKED.... It brought out at the time what Queen was live in concert. They just didn't drawn 16,000 fans to the concert, it was 100,000 fans at a time, and no one really new that unless they went to a show. A Queen concert led by the late great Freddie Mercury was a combination of visual, and a music experience at the same time.. I've seen it and will never forget it. They Rock! (5 stars) I am old enough to have seen Queen twice live with Freddie. This album takes me back to those times I saw them live. They were electrifying in concert and the energy and passion they exhibited on stage comes thru on this album. Even when you think you have heard their song hundreds of times on the radio or on CD this live album take it to a new level. Get this album you won't be sorry. Think of them as just a brilliant studio band and you will miss out on the transformation of that brilliance to raw live power. Queen's music was a bizarre yet highly accessible fusion of the macho and the fey. For years, their albums boasted the motto "no synthesizers were used on this record," signaling their allegiance with the legions...
