Storyline In Urbania, Ohio, snobby ex-football star Kevin O'Shea conducts try-outs for the town's Peewee football team, the Urbania Cowboys, which will compete for a chance at the state Peewee football playoffs. Kevin slights his younger brother Danny O'Shea by rejecting Danny's daughter Becky "Icebox" O'Shea, who is a good player. Kevin rejected her simply because she's a girl. Becky and some of her friends, boys who were also rejected, get the idea to start up their own team, to be coached by Danny. After Kevin tries to put a stop to that plan, Danny gets Kevin to agree to a game to decide which team will represent Urbania, because each town is allowed only one team. Danny and Becky scour the town in search of willing players, and they gather a crew of kids who have limited skills and no team spirit. They luck out when Becky discovers Junior Floyd expertly passing rolls of toilet paper right into a shopping cart at the supermarket...

Trivia:
This movie was inspired by an early 1990s McDonald's ad about Pee-Wee Football that ran during the Super Bowl. The day after it aired, Steven Spielberg liked it so much that he called up the ad's creator, James Ferguson, and hired him to write the script for what became "Little Giants."
Goofs:
Factual errors:
In football when it is a turnover on downs, the opposing team gets the ball back at the exact location of where the ball ends at the last play. On the Cowboys last possession Spike gets a few inches from the endzone, but when Giants have the ball, they start from the 20-yard line.
Quotes: Spike:
Spike's in hell. Spike's in pee-wee HELL!

You don't have to be good to have fun!
Rating: 8/10
The movie, the Little Giants is a fun and enjoyable movie. I personally
like that kids ambitions and determination. The cast is great! I watch
it
over and over because of Devon Sawa. Him and the rest of the cast really
acted their parts incredibly. I just can't get enough of this great
movie!
Kevin and Danny O'Shea are brothers and Kevin is a former football star.
Kevin puts together a Pee-Wee football team and doesn't choose Icebox.
Icebox decides to get her friends together to form their own team. Icebox
may be tough on the field but when she deals with a crush it makes her
reconsider football. The day of the big game comes and the teams are
ready!
The movie ends, allowing you to decide what happens next!
I urge you to rent Little Giants and see all the fun for
yourself!
